Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City South on Friday arranged a Dua Mahfil (prayer program) for the protection of people in all the countries of the world from the coronavirus and for the well-being of the infected patients.
The city ameer Nurul Islam Bulbul chaired the prayer program.
Speaking at the function, city ameer Bulbul said the present situation must be resolved with patience and courage to fight against coronavirus.
He laid emphasis on seeking Allah’s help and blessing for protection from the coronavirus.
Remember that corona is a virus that has spread worldwide. There have been various epidemics and disasters in the past. This is a curse for the people of the world and a test for the believers.
So we need to fight against the pandemic virus with patience and courage and seek Allah’s help and forgiveness more and more, he added.
At the end of the program, the city ameer sought the blessings of Almighty Allah for protection from the attack of deadly coronavirus.
City nayeb-e ameer Manjurul Islam Bhuiyan, secretary Dr. Shafiqul Islam Masud, assistant secretary advocate Helal Uddin and shura member Mukarram Hossain Khan, among others, also attended at the program.
