No alternative to obeying guidance ordained by Allah to lead society: Dr. Masud
Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City South secretary Dr Shafiqul Islam Masud has laid emphasis on obeying the rules and provisions ordained by Allah to lead society and to have a cultured and beautiful life.
“In order to convey the true message of Allah to the people, we, on behalf of Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh, are observing a Gono Sanjog ( mass contact ) week in the capital ”, he said.
Dr Masud also called upon all to accept and comply the guidance of Allah Almighty everywhere to build a beautiful and peaceful society.
His call and remarks were made at a book and leaflet distribution program organized by Jamaat Dhaka City South on occasion of the mass contact week held at the city’s Mouchak area on Saturday.
He also handed over supporter’s form of the party, leaflets, books among the city people.
City Shura member Abdus Sattar Sumon, Ramna Thana Shura and working committee member Abu Musa, advocate Mizanur Rahman, principal Abul Kalam Azad, Ahmed Ali Sarkar, Alauddin Sarkar, youth leader Nure Alam, Arif Hossain and Anisur Rahman, among others, attended the program.
Later, the prize distribution ceremony of the month-long book reading competition was organized by Kakrail Ward under Jamaat Ramna Thana at an auditorium in the capital.
